Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy equipment such as graders and bull dozers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders and bull dozers. Must be able to cut final levels.
• Start and maintain the engine, shift gears, press pedals, and turn the steering wheel to operate the loader efficiently.
• Lower and tilt the bucket to fill it with bulk material, then raise and tilt it when filled to dump the material into the desired location.
• Perform routine maintenance on the loader, including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Excellent mechanical skills and knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid driver’s license is also required for this position.
• Must have excellent mechanical skills.
