Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, and related IT equipment. Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access control. Perform basic troubleshooting on networks and connectivity issues. Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets efficiently. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Minimum A and N certifications (non-negotiable). Experience: 6 months 1 year in IT support/helpdesk (internship or practical experience acceptable). Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware and software Knowledge of Windows operating systems Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi) Good communication and customer service skills Other: Must be fully office-based in Johannesburg.
