Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and databases, to identify potential candidates. Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Provide administrative support, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate feedback, and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred. 1 year Bulk recruitment experience and sourcing Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Remuneration: R10 000 R15 000 per month (subject to experience)
