About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg, where you will support the Reporting & Analytics team by developing dashboards, reports, and data tools that enable business stakeholders to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data tools to track key business/gaming metrics.
- Translate business requirements into clear data visualisations and reporting solutions.
- Work with large datasets to extract, clean, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
- Support the creation of automated reporting tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Assist in analysing player behaviour, marketing campaigns, and product performance.
- Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, consistent, and easy for stakeholders to interpret.
- Collaborate with data engineers and senior analysts to improve data models and reporting structures.
- Document reporting logic, definitions, and metrics used within dashboards.

- Computer literacy (MS Office)

- Excellent verbal and written English skills
