About the Role
Join our dynamic team at CallForce as a Junior Recruiter and contribute to the success of our end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for designing new campaign ads, sourcing quality candidates, and ensuring key skills are met in campaign requirements. With strong relationship building skills and a sense of urgency, you will work closely with operations departments to drive high-quality placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Write adverts and post on our recruitment platform
- Implement initiatives & referral initiatives to attract outbound sales candidates
- Ensure fulfilment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions
- All administrative related duties
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to
Requirements
- 1+ years end to end recruitment experience
- Proven track record in delivering high volume candidates
- Contactable references
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education or equivalent (no specific degree mentioned)
