About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue targets within our dealership network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Collaborate with dealerships and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years Automotive Sales Management experience within a Dealership environment
- OEM Sales experience preferred
- Grade 12 essential
- BCom in Business | Operations Management or similar highly advantageous
