Job Title: Kentico Developer – Johannesburg
Employer: Crayon Technologies Ltd
We are seeking an experienced Kentico Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading development projects involving Kentico Xperience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications using Kentico Xperience, leveraging Page Builder & Widgets (MVC) for content customization
Model content using Page Types, Custom Tables, and Taxonomies
Implement workflows and automate marketing and approval processes
Develop custom modules and integrate various functionalities
Utilize Kentico APIs such as IPageRetriever, IPageBuilderComponents, and DataQuery
Work with older Kentico versions (v12 and below), including Portal Engine
Execute web forms development and migration to MVC
Requirements:
Experience with Kentico Xperience (by Kentico)
Strong knowledge of Page Builder & Widgets (MVC)
Ability to model content with Page Types, Custom Tables, and Taxonomies
Understanding of workflows and Marketing Automation processes
Experience in Custom Module Development
Proficiency with Kentico API usage such as IPageRetriever, IPageBuilderComponents, DataQuery
Familiarity with older Kentico Versions (v12 and below) and Portal Engine
Capability to develop and migrate Web Forms to MVC
