About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly connected and commercially minded Luxury Partnerships Manager for a prestigious luxury lifestyle and private members business based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the overall lifestyle offering to members.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with luxury hospitality, travel, dining, wellness, retail, and lifestyle partners
- Secure exclusive member benefits, VIP access, and value-added offerings
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with the brand and member interests
- Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements and supplier partnerships
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders
- Curate premium lifestyle experiences and exclusive opportunities for members
- Collaborate with the Events team on member activations, launches, and networking events
- Assist in sourcing unique experiences, access opportunities, and luxury offerings
- Contribute to monthly member communications and lifestyle updates
- Represent the brand at industry events, launches, and networking functions
- Build visibility and relationships within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle space
- Continuously identify new suppliers, experiences, and emerging luxury brands
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle management, partnerships, account management, events, or premium client services
- Strong existing network within luxury hospitality, travel, dining, events, wellness, or premium brands advantageous
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or VIP clientele preferred
