About the Role

Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead project implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process optimisation, production systems, and operational workflows, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end project implementation, from concept through to execution and post-implementation review
  • Analyse existing processes to identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain
  • Develop and optimise process flows, layouts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Utilise data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and track performance improvements

Requirements

  • BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering or related field (Degree preferred, BTech only with suitable seniority and expertise)
  • Approximately 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within FMCG, food production, or manufacturing
  • Proven experience in a project-based or project implementation role
  • Strong understanding of process optimisation, production systems, and operational workflows
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
