About the Role
Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead project implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven track record of success in process optimisation and production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end project implementation, from concept through to execution and post-implementation review
- Analyse existing processes to identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain
- Develop and optimise process flows, layouts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Utilise data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and track performance improvements
Requirements
- BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering or related field (Degree preferred, BTech only with suitable seniority and expertise)
- Approximately 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within FMCG, food production, or manufacturing
- Proven experience in a project-based or project implementation role
- Strong understanding of process optimisation, production systems, and operational workflows
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks
