About the Role
Join our global technology organization as a Mid-Level Back-End PHP Developer and contribute to building high-impact digital products used by clients worldwide. You’ll work with modern frameworks, scalable applications, and a collaborative technical team to deliver quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and back-end services using PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks)
- Collaborate closely with Front-End Developers, QA Engineers, and product teams to deliver quality solutions
- Develop and manage MySQL databases, ensuring efficient schema design and performant queries
- Write clean, testable code that follows industry best practices
- Integrate with third-party APIs and external data providers
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous improvement, and support deployment processes
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in back-end PHP development
- Strong understanding of OOP , MVC architecture , and modern PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred)
- Solid experience with MySQL (query optimization, schema design, and migrations)
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows
- Experience working with REST APIs , JSON , and XML
- Familiarity with unit/feature testing in PHP
- Working knowledge of Redis , RabbitMQ , or similar queue/caching tools
- Exposure to Docker or containerized development environments
- Basic understanding of Vue.js , React , or similar front-end technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
