Job Summary
– Build, maintain, and enhance actuarial and predictive models from the ground up.
– Apply machine learning techniques to develop intelligent, forward-looking solutions.
– Take full responsibility for your models – no hand-holding, just initiative and innovation.
– Work on new and existing modelling projects, including exploratory and business-driven initiatives.
– Collaborate closely with a talented team in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
– Contribute fresh ideas and challenge the status quo to continuously improve model accuracy and performance.
Requirements:
– Minimum 4 actuarial exams completed.
– 3+ years experience in building and maintaining models (actuarial and/or predictive).
– Strong technical and programming skills, ideally with exposure to Python, R, or similar tools.
– Experience in machine learning applications in modelling.
– Financial services industry experience preferred.
– Strong problem-solver, quick thinker, and eager to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
– Must be office-based and ready to contribute in person.
