Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, user story mapping, and process modelling sessions.
- Support testing, training, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in a Business Analyst role, preferably in agile environments.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements elicitation techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
