Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full Finance Operations function across all mining sites
- Drive financial governance, compliance, audit readiness, and internal control frameworks
- Optimise financial processes, reporting structures, and cost management initiatives
- Partner with Operations and Executive Leadership to support data-driven decision-making and performance optimisation
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across various operational environments
Requirements
- CA(SA) – Non-negotiable
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong background in mining, metals, or heavy industry
- Proven operational finance expertise, including cost management, financial reporting, and multi-site management
- Strong financial governance and compliance exposure
- Experience driving process improvement and digital finance transformation
Qualifications
- CA(SA) qualification is required (Bachelor of Commerce with a SA Accountancy degree)
