About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Sales Manager to drive sales of comminution capital equipment into mining and minerals processing markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale tenders, developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, and mine planners, and providing input into plant design discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of comminution capital equipment into mining and minerals processing markets
- Manage and execute large-scale tenders, including commercial, legal, and technical aspects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and mine planners
- Prepare and manage technical proposals, costing, and estimations
- Provide input into plant design discussions and engage with process engineers
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business development strategies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BTech/BEng/BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or similar
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in engineering sales within mining, minerals processing, crushing equipment, or consulting engineering environments
- Proven track record of successfully selling capital equipment into mining operations
- Hands-on experience with comminution equipment, including jaw, gyratory, cone, impact, and roll crushers (advantageous)
