• Manage the full financial function, ensuring accurate and timely processes from start to finish.
• Process supplier invoices and generate customer invoices efficiently.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile both general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain cashbook records.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and oversee daily and monthly cash flow management.
• Prepare statutory returns, including VAT submissions, in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Compile Annual Financial Statements and support the preparation of Annual Operational Budgets.
• Administer fleet cards and manage vehicle licensing obligations.
• Assist with additional financial tasks as requested by the Group CFO and MD.
• Undertake travel within South Africa as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:
BCom degree with majors in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Computer literate (MS Office) and experience with Sage.
Minimum of 3 years’ financial management experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Understanding of auditing principles and practices.
Familiarity with relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
Valid driver’s license.
