You will work closely with leadership, ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening controls and supporting business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage general ledger, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal group reporting standards
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain strong financial controls and governance processes
- Provide financial insights to operational stakeholders
- Support tax and statutory compliance
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
CA(SA) – non negotiable
Experience:
- Post-articles experience in a commercial finance environment
- Experience with reporting, controls and compliance
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments advantageous
- Group reporting exposure beneficial
Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- ERP system experience (SAP or similar advantageous)
- Strong understanding of IFRS
Non-negotiables:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA)
