About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As an administrative professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our consultants and team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing and formatting CVs for consultants daily, ensuring accuracy, correct grammar, and professional presentation.
  • Conducting reference checks with candidates’ referees across all professional levels.
  • Responding to candidate email applications professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Answering incoming calls, primarily from candidates enquiring about vacancies or applications.
  • Filing job specifications and maintaining organised electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Assisting with office functions and events, including organising, decorating, or procuring supplies as required.

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative and organizational assistance to management and operational teams. About the Role

The Office Administrator will provide administrative, back-office, and secretarial support for a specialised climate engineering business in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, back-office functions, and secretarial duties to maintain customer and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain office administration functions with at least 3 years of experience.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Distribution Business Advisors (DBAs) with reporting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) and DBAs with monthly client presentations (PPTs) and Perigee report processing
  • Clean, vet, and save reports in the relevant SharePoint folders
  • Support push reports and generate multi-vendor in-store reports
  • Capture, process, and upload in-store count reports using the IRAM tool
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all reporting
  • Administrative Support: capture collected aged stock feedback into Kwelanga system
  • Distribute split store lists to regional representatives
  • Track Perigee tasks and follow up with in-store teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure successful dissemination of information
  • Trade Assistance: take minutes during operations manager meetings
  • Maintain and update relevant trackers
