A well establlished company based in Alberton, requires an Office administrator – Support Analyst with Maintenance and Industrial experience. DUTIES: Manage Maintenance Department inventory. Analyse and report on relevant Maintenance data. Prepare Purchase Requisitions for new parts and projects. Liaise with the Maintenance Manager regarding approved suppliers. Conduct month-end stock counts and analysis. Oversee that the Storeman keeps the store clean and well organized daily. Ensure ISO requirements are implemented and adhered to. Enforce policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Supervise receiving goods and parts. Schedule and monitor servicing of forklifts, cranes, compressors, and scales. Ensure new suppliers provide safety files before starting work on-site. Update inventory and analyse spares usage for reporting. Assist the Engineering and Maintenance Manager with daily tasks, incorporating both office support and PA responsibilities. Attend meetings, take minutes, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD. Teamwork: Contribute to an effective and supportive team environment. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service from the Maintenance Department to Production. Attend team meetings and share ideas. REQUIREMENTS: Minim um of 35 years administrative experience in a maintenance, industrial, or related role. Minimum of 35 years experience as a Personal Assistant. Business Administration qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) or a similar area of study. Knowledge of inventory management or storekeeping. Foundational financial and mathematical skills Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office, with prominence in Excel. Operational systems experience, including platforms like Syspro, Pastel, Translution Time Keeping experience Valid Drivers Licence & Own Vehicle Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
