Collating information, analyzing performance against targets

Track the deal pipeline

Monitor circulation of loan proposals against pipeline lead time by tracking proposals circulated

Monitor compliance with loan and credit policy and business process by reviewing loan proposals

Collate operations reports

Perform risk assessments

Review and confirm travel invoices by reconciling travel invoices with bookings,

Qualification & skills:

Finance Degree (Non-Negotiable)

2-3 years’ experience administration in financial services environment

Must have experience with property finance

Must have operations administration experience

Must have experience with reviewing loans proposals
