Job Title: Parts Sales Representative

About Us:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales in the parts department.
Key Objectives:
Meet and exceed agreed targets through effective sales strategies and product knowledge
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate supply of parts
Build strong relationships with customers through positive communication and feedback
Responsibilities:
Understand and meet client needs and requirements, providing correct parts and solutions in a timely manner
Check stock availability and provide feedback within one hour
Locate required parts, deliver them promptly, and identify parts not in stock for commission sales
Accurately and timely complete quotations, follow up on lost quotes, and resolve customer queries
Order parts with the authority of the Parts Manager as needed
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the parts industry
Matric or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Strong verbal communication skills required
Experience in sales preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and cross departmental disciplines

Accurate and timely supply of parts is crucial, with priority given to urgent requirements
Building strong relationships through positive communication and feedback is essential
Continuous development of product knowledge and customer service skills is expected
Friendly, polite, and courteous demeanor towards all customers is mandatory
