One of the leading banks in South Africa is on the lookout for a strong, strategic, focused leader to lead a team of 4 as a Finance Administration Manager. This is a hybrid role, starting December 2025.

6 month contract, with a possibility of extension!

Finance admin manager CIB Not branch management level!

Non-negotiables Candidates has strong management skills team of 4 (know their work)

Put controls in place

SAP, negotiable on systems understands functions

Team support function Procure to pay function in CIB feeds into Group

Were looking for a Finance Administration Manager to lead a high-performing team, streamline systems and processes, and ensure our financial operations are not only compliantbut exceptional.

What Youll Be Responsible For:

Driving Performance: Monitor KPIs, track reports, and take proactive action to exceed service standards.

Strategic Planning: Translate divisional goals into actionable plans and individual objectives.

Optimising Operations: Lead process improvements, manage expenses, and drive innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and deliver on service level agreements.

Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and manage a team to achieve excellence and accountability.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, audit standards, and business continuity plans.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (NQF Level 7).
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 23 years managing teams in a Procure to Pay environment.
