The Product Manager will oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to launch and promote the Trauma product line within South Africa.

This role includes working closely with cross-functional teams, engaging in market research, advising on demand planning, managing tender submissions, maintaining pricing files, overseeing instrument set management, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive the products success.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in medical devices, ideally in Trauma or related Orthopaedic fields.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Executing above, understanding priorities and meeting deadlines at all times
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills, including both written and oral communication, with the ability to present to large groups
