Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and deliver complex ICT infrastructure projects within a data center environment. This role requires strong end-to-end project management experience, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive multiple concurrent initiatives to successful completion. What you’ll do: Lead full lifecycle delivery of data center infrastructure projects. Manage procurement, vendors, budgets, and project governance. Define project scope, success criteria, and RACI. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Legal, Procurement) and external suppliers. Oversee risk, issue, and change management processes. Ensure quality reporting and documentation (plans, schedules, budgets). Facilitate project kick-offs, progress reviews, and close-out activities. Support transition to operations and post-implementation assurance. Your Expertise: 10 years in project/program management, with 5 years in complex ICT infrastructure projects. Solid experience in telecoms environments and technologies. Proven experience in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting. Strong understanding of data center environments and integration processes. Familiarity with Health Safety regulations and change management practices. Qualifications: PMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification preferred; Relevant Degree (Electrical Engineering (Power), etc.) Skills Attributes Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and virtual project environments. High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery. Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in the financial services industry, and someone who has experience working on Integration projects (3 rd party integration or integration with multiple systems). You’ll coordinate people and processes and drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects against time, resource, budget, and scope constraints for medium to large and/or medium to highly complex BU/PH. What you’ll do: Initiate and manage the planning process, clearly defining the project’s scope, goals, and objectives. Develop detailed plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables, creating a solid foundation for project execution. Manage project resources (including people, procurement, systems, time and budget) from the initiation of an identified project to the end of the defined project lifecycle or process in order to deliver on project goals and objective. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation. Effectively implement change management practices, processes and procedures and ensure optimal understanding and acceptance thereof, including the operationalisation of the change. Continuously develop own expertise in terms of industry and subject matter development and application thereof in an area of specialization. Manage indirect or direct teams within the context of defined processes, influence required performance parameters and act as technical coach where required. Implement people resource planning in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget and in partnership with specialised areas. Continuously monitor actual project and process turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance effective client service delivery. Manage and advise on projects from beginning to end in alignment with identified organisational methods and governance guidelines. Contribute to the development of project budgets, control and report on budgeted resources to meet the project objectives. Maintain and build relationships for purposes of expectation management and project reporting. Compile and maintain relevant project documentation in accordance with agreed project procedures and methodologies to effectively support project delivery as well as comply with audit requirements. Apply the necessary discretion and judgement to diagnose symptoms, causes and effects to be able to make decisions to overcome problems and provide solutions. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycles. Apply knowledge of products, techniques and related processes to manage a team’s task execution on quality and time. Direct, control, coordinate and optimise budgeted resources (including people, procurement, systems, time and budget) to meet specific objectives and deliver agreed results in accordance with a defined project lifecycle or process. Identify and participate in activities that are appropriate for own development as a life-long learner. Your Expertise: Experience in Programme and Project Management minimum 6 – 8 Years 5 – 7 years relevant experience in a project environment Minimum Qualification – Project Management Diploma or Project management accreditation or certification: CAPM, PRINCE 2 Management Systems, PMP, IT, STEM or equivalent Familiar with basic project management principles and processes with an ability to manage stakeholders, scope, plan, execute and close projects Agile and/or traditional project management skills Basic accounting and financial management skills Knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of project tracking and enablement tools Financial services industry experience Experience in Integration projects i.e. working on projects that looks after third party integration or multiple systems Qualifications: Preferred Qualification – Post Graduate Degree Project management

Job Description

What you will be doing: Plan, direct, and oversee all phases of complex projects or programmes across the enterprise. Align project execution with business strategy through effective planning, organizing, staffing, negotiating, and controlling of project activities. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including objectives, timelines, risks, and contingency plans. Escalate impediments, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project value. Foster continuous improvement within teams and support Agile practices across software development projects. Lead hybrid Agile/Waterfall initiatives with a strong focus on scaled Lean-Agile principles. Ensure alignment of program goals with stakeholder expectations and business outcomes. What we are looking for : Completed IT / BSc degree or other related fields 5 years experience as a Project Manager Strong decision-making and financial management skills. Proficient in project management principles and methodologies. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification is advantageous. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project (MSP). Excellent facilitation, report writing, and communication skills. Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and a strong understanding of the construction industry. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and objectives are met. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and work breakdown structures. Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and resolve any on-site challenges. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and legal requirements throughout the construction process. Oversee the selection, hiring, and management of project personnel, including contractors and subcontractors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred). Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in managing construction projects of varying scale and complexity. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Valid construction project management certification is a plus.
