About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Property Finance Consultant to source and engage potential home loan clients, match them with tailored finance solutions, and provide exceptional service throughout the application process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads, assessing client financial needs, and guiding clients through the applications process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial needs and offer suitable home loan solutions
- Guide clients through applications, approvals, and closing
- Maintain client relationships and follow up for referrals
- Keep accurate records of leads and applications
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in home loans
- Strong administrative, marketing, and communication skills
- Results-driven with ability to work under pressure
