About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Complex Operations Executive to take strategic and operational accountability for a premier multi-disciplinary complex in Johannesburg. As the Property Operations Executive, you will oversee Gaming, Hospitality, Conferencing, and Entertainment, ensuring a world-class guest experience while driving sustainable revenue and high-level profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall growth strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term commercial and transformation objectives.
- Optimize gaming floor performance through strategic product mix, customer segmentation, and VIP/Premium player initiatives.
- Manage casino and hotel operations to maximize productivity across all support functions.
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, forecasts, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Maintain critical relationships with regulators, shareholders, unions, and community leaders.
- Drive B-BBEE initiatives and lead a high-performance, diverse team across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years at an Executive Management level within a similar complex multi-business environment. Deep understanding of gaming operations and revenue optimization within a regulated environment. Proven track record in strategic leadership, financial management, and large-scale operational transformation.
