Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our client’s team in the Construction Industry. You will conduct inspections, audits, and tests to identify and resolve any quality issues. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of construction standards will contribute to the success of our clients’ projects. Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Identify and resolve any quality issues identified during inspections or testing
Document and report any non-conformance and corrective actions
Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities
Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality management
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulatory requirements
Experience conducting inspections, audits, and tests
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
