About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own specialist market and act as a trusted commercial partner to both clients and candidates. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role suited to individuals who take ownership, think strategically, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Developing and expanding a strong client portfolio through new business development
  • Identifying, engaging, and placing high-calibre talent
  • Providing clients with market insights and recruitment advisory services

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (agency or specialist environment)
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a commercial mindset
