The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to placing them with the right clients. This role combines business development, candidate management, and relationship building to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Management Identify, approach, and develop new client relationships. Manage existing client accounts, understanding their business needs and hiring strategies. Consult with clients on talent market trends, role specifications, and best practices. Negotiate contracts, fees, and placement terms in line with company standards. Candidate Sourcing & Management Source and engage candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking). Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability for client requirements. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles. Provide guidance to candidates on career opportunities, CV optimization, and interview preparation. End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles. Ensure timely communication with clients and candidates. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies. Performance & Reporting Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM. Report on market insights, pipeline status, and recruitment activity to management. Qualifications & Experience: Matric / Grade 12 required Minimum Diploma in HR, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 13 years recruitment or sales experience (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of the South African employment market and candidate sourcing techniques. Key Competencies & Skills: Results-driven with a high-performance mindset.
