About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, working remotely from Johannesburg. As a Sales-based recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates with top clients in South Africa. With excellent earning potential and commission-only structure, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and target-focused individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct between 10 – 15 interviews per week
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base
  • Research and source candidate profiles to match client needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language, ability to write professional reports
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer literacy in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong understanding of Zoom or Google Meet for virtual meetings
  • Ability to bring new clients onboard and meet sales targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a recruitment or related field

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R1000 – R40 000 per month (dependent on performance)
