About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a remote basis, working from home in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and conducting interviews with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct between 10 – 15 interviews per week
  • Generate new business leads and onboard new clients
  • Utilize Zoom or Google Meet for virtual meetings
  • Maintain strong social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain a professional online presence through Canva

Requirements

  • Own Laptop or computer
  • Uncapped internet
  • Strong command of the English language, ability to write professional reports
  • 2 years sales experience
  • Strong computer literacy – strong understanding of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Target driven and deadline driven
  • Well groomed and presented
