About the Role
The Regional General Manager – JHB is a senior leadership role that oversees the operation of our flagship business in Johannesburg, encompassing manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and regional sales. This hands-on leadership position requires a seasoned executive with expertise in running a business end-to-end, who can drive sales performance, customer service, and operational discipline.

- Sales performance and customer service for DIY retailers, wholesalers, and contractors
- Manufacturing and production output management
- Warehousing, fleet, and distribution management
- Cost control, budgets, and operational discipline
- Leading a team of 100 people
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operations
- Strong understanding of the Hardware and Building Trade (DIY, wholesale, retail, and contractors)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to drive sales performance and customer service
- Experience with cost control, budgets, and operational discipline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
