About the Role
A leading retail property company is seeking an experienced Leasing Administrator to support its leasing team in managing a growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or commercial property and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, capture, and maintain lease documentation and tenant information
- Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and amendments
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in lease data on MDA Property System
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and internal departments
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Leasing Administrator in retail or commercial property
- Strong working knowledge of MDA Property System essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Completed relevant degree or certification (if applicable)
