Requirements 

• 15 years experience as a Road & Earthwork Foreman or similar role
• Sound knowledge of road construction and earthwork techniques
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus
