Requirements

15 years experience as a Road & Earthwork Foreman or similar role
Sound knowledge of road construction and earthwork techniques
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus
