About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & NBD Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product allocation and commission-driven sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong network of stockists across JHB South, JHB East, and Mpumalanga
- Conduct in-office days and on-the-road sales calls to promote products and build customer relationships
- Utilize sales apps and computer software (Ms Office) to manage sales data and track performance
- Travel to Head Office in Sandton 2x per week and out of province to Mpumalanga as operationally required
Requirements
- Ability to travel to Head Office 2x per week and out of province to Mpumalanga
- On-the-road/B2B sales experience within Skin Care for a minimum of 2 years
- Professional English command (read, write, and speak)
- Afrikaans language proficiency
- Own car with insurance and valid driver’s license required
Qualifications
- Diploma in Beauty/Skin Care or related field (e.g. Cosmetology, Somatology)
Salary & Benefits
- R21,600 per month (Cost to Company before statutory deductions and commission)
- Fuel allowance up to 80%
- Vehicle maintenance allowance
- Product allocation of 3x products per month
- Sales commission on all sales in the territory
- Performance incentives and new opening order bonuses
- Company travel and overnight expenses for business trips exceeding 150km from office
