Job Summary
In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers—you’ll be helping shape how we drive collections performance across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the design and rollout of predictive models across the credit lifecycle, with a strong focus on collections.
- Dive deep into portfolio data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and refine monthly collections targets, scorecards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with data, BI, and strategy teams to deliver clear, action-oriented dashboards.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts, contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven team culture.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically in credit collections, credit risk strategy, or data analytics roles.
- Strong command of SQL (a must). Bonus points for experience with R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
- A sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into practical strategies that improve performance.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys making a tangible impact.
