Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting and management accounts Ensure balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and financial controls Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage cash flow, working capital, and payment oversight Oversee audits, tax, and regulatory compliance Manage intercompany transactions and reporting Provide financial insight and support to senior leadership Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team Support process improvements and ad-hoc strategic initiatives Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant Accounting qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent) 5 to 8 years commercial experience in a complex high volume environment, 3 to 5 years senior management experience Apply now!
