Job Description

Lonehill, Jhb: SENIOR LITIGATION SECRETARYMinimum Requirements:-Well presentable and professional preferably female (Specifically Non BEE preferably female, as per firms current requirements)-Fully proficient in English with good communication skills-7 to 10 years recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must (General Litigation)-Strong Dictaphone typing experience essential, with good typing speed and accuracy -Typing speed of approximately 60-80wpm-Computer literate and proficient in Caselines and Court Online-Well organized, proactive and attentive to detail-Non smoker-Own vehicle-Stable employment record and contactable employment references-Residing near Lonehill (within daily commuting distance)-To start as soon as possibleDuties:-Drafting and typing of legal documents and General Litigation pleadings and notices for law firm-Dictaphone typing-Diary management-Liaison with clients, debtors, Sheriffs and third parties-General legal secretarial and legal administrative duties (opening files, filing, invoicing etc.)Salary: R 20 000 R 30 000 gross maximum (Depending on experience)E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate:- Reference CR2813; and- Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.(Also forward Reference letters and a recent photograph if possible)APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
