Johannesburg: Senior Sales Development Manager

As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will fulfil a dual role as both Channel Manager and Key Account Manager, driving growth through our Reseller Partner network and, where appropriate, directly with end customers. Job Experience & Skills Required: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and channel development. Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to drive joint pipeline growth. Protect and grow revenue in existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal management. Maintain a strong understanding of email security, cybersecurity trends, and SaaS best practices. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Experience and Qualifications: 3 -5 years work experience as a Sales Development Manager. Proven success in B2B SaaS sales (cybersecurity experience is highly advantageous). Experience managing VARs, MSPs, distributors, or OEM partners. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when needed.
