About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through our reseller partner network and directly with end customers. You will work closely with Channel Managers and Key Account Managers to secure new business opportunities and protect existing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and channel development.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to drive joint pipeline growth.
- Protect and grow revenue in existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of email security, cybersecurity trends, and SaaS best practices.
Requirements
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and channel development.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to drive joint pipeline growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- 3 -5 years work experience as a Sales Development Manager.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales (cybersecurity experience is highly advantageous).
- Experience managing VARs, MSPs, distributors, or OEM partners.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when needed.
