You will support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, menu execution, team leadership, and ensuring consistently high-quality culinary output. Responsibilities • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and plating standards • Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards • Support menu planning, costing, and stock management • Train, mentor, and guide junior culinary staff • Maintain strong communication and teamwork within the kitchen Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up • Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end establishments • Strong culinary skills with refined, modern presentation • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment • Relevant culinary qualification preferred
