About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Brand Manager to join our client, a luxury retailer, with a proven track record in managing multiple brands under one umbrella. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the luxury brand sector and a strong focus on customer experience. They will be responsible for defining and evolving the brand identity across the client portfolio, driving consumer engagement, and establishing clarity and alignment of brand identity across all facets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define evolved Brand Identity across Client Portfolio to Drive the Consumer to Brand Relationship
- Develop and lead brand initiatives encompassing three elements of the brand (Brand, Fashion shows, and E-commerce)
- Create clarity and alignment of brand identity across multiple facets
- Establish clarity and alignment of brand identity across all facets as immediate goal
- Enhance customer interaction and engagement on social media and digital platforms as medium-term goal
- Evolve the brand on the global stage as long-term goal
Requirements
- Proven substantial experience in the luxury brand sector
- Proven track record of managing multiple brands under one umbrella
- Strategic Brand and Marketing (Highly preferred) or any related qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong focus on customer experience
