Job Description

Minimum Requirements
Matric,
Diploma Engineer and or Qualified Artisan (Fitter or Millwright), or related field will be advantageous.
Preferable good working knowledge of Fluid Power.
Valid drivers license
Experience (2+ years) in a technical service role
Good communication skills Verbal and non-verbal.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities defined but not limited to the below.
On site installation, fault finding and commissioning of hydraulic and electrical systems
Manage external workshop staff/contractor to reach end results effectively and efficiently.
Assisting in the workshop when and if required with any, but not limited to, hydraulic and or electrical new builds, repairs, faults findings and or service.
Ensure on site machines/rentals/equipment are used correctly.
Managing service & maintenance records.
Deadlines are met and any expected delays reported immediately.
Work in accordance with ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO14001:2015
Familiarise yourself with Hydac products and service tools and continually keep up to date with the new developments on these items.
