As a Senior Associate in our Sourcing Optimisation Centre of Excellence, you wont just run sourcing events; youll engineer them. Using Coupas industry-leading Sourcing Optimisation platform (CSO), youll transform how global organisations buy, negotiate, and create value.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Optimisation Delivery:

• Lead the execution of complex sourcing events on client projects using CSO whilst applying game theory techniques to maximise value. 
  
• Assist client procurement teams with planning, executing and analysing advanced tenders and e-Auctions.
  

Client Engagement:

• Manage project delivery, risk and timelines for CSO workstreams
  
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and Coupa analysts in sourcing optimisation methodologies and delivery excellence

Digital Enablement:

• Advise clients on how CSO integrates with broader Coupa modules (CLM, Spend Analysis, Supplier Risk etc) to deliver end-to-end sourcing digitisation
  
• Support clients in defining their digital sourcing roadmap and embedding continuous improvement through CSO

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in international procurement organisations
  
• Sourcing/procurement processes with a strong understanding of sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation and negotiation 
  
• Proven experience using Coupa Sourcing Optimisation or other advanced sourcing optimisation platforms (e.g. Trade Extensions, Keelvar, Jaggaer ASO)
  
• Experienced in designing/managing large or complex global sourcing projects
  
• Experience working across a variety of industries and sectors is highly desirable
