Duties & Responsibilities:
– Compile and review financial reporting packs and management accounts for various clients.
– Develop, refine, and maintain complex financial models to support analytical and reporting needs.
– Analyse financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance trends.
– Work closely with client finance teams to enhance processes and reporting structures.
– Conduct financial modelling assessments and provide meaningful insights based on data.
– Travel to client sites when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
– BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential).
– Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager or senior reporting capacity.
– Demonstrated experience partnering with large organisations across multiple sectors.
– Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities, including building models from the ground up.
– Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting frameworks, and management reporting principles.
– Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused communication style.
