About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Lead to manage our full supply chain function and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics, with experience in leading teams and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full supply chain function, including procurement, expediting, logistics, and warehousing
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives
- Source, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Drive supplier performance, compliance, and quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams
- Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards
- Optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency
- Lead and mentor a supply chain team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement within an engineering, EPC, or industrial environment
- Proven leadership experience managing supply chain teams
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with international sourcing and logistics
- Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS)
