Job Overview:

Our Global Client in the Telecommunications sector is looking for a motivated Technical Accountant to join their team in the telecommunications sector. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a Global Company and gain experience therein.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Experience with SAGE Accounting Online & SAGE Payroll.
• Checking and verification of supplier’s documents prior to payment on projects.
• Monthly bookkeeping to trial balance processing.
• Reconciliation of cashbooks creditors and debtors.
• Sending customer statements.
• Processing of creditors.
• Preparing management accounts on excel.
• Prepare complete, reliable and accurate information in respect of Income Tax & VAT to external accountant for monthly submission.
• Preparing for annual financial audit and submitting samples requested.
• Assisting CFO with financial requirements and problem solving.
• Prepare monthly payroll & payslips.
• PAYE, SDL, UIF submissions to SARS & statutory compliance.
• UIF schedules submit to UIF register & compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree
• Minimum of 3 Years Working Experience with Accounting Software.
• Minimum of 3 Years Working Experience as an Accountant.
