QA/QC Specialist E?Commerce Warehouse
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring excellence in every parcel? Were looking for a QA/QC Specialist to join our dynamic e?commerce warehouse team. In this role, youll be the quality gatekeeper, making sure that every order leaving our warehouse meets the highest standards of accuracy, packaging, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound parcels to ensure correct items, packaging, and labeling.
Monitor warehouse processes to ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety standards, and client SLAs.
Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process deviations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues quickly.
Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and generate reports on quality performance and trends.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem?solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills for working with cross?functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, e?commerce logistics, and quality standards.
Computer literacy (MS Office, warehouse management systems; SAP experience an advantage).
Qualifications & Experience
Required: Grade 12 plus certification/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Quality Management.
Experience: Minimum 12 years in QA/QC, warehousing, or distribution.
Preferred: Background in e?commerce, retail, B2B or B2C logistics.
Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and relevant health & safety legislation.
