Debtors & Creditors Clerk, Receptionist with full Administration duties:Isando, Kempton Park.Permanent position Salary 15 000 to R25 000 pm depending on experience.Details of position:Data capturingDevelop and maintain filing systems.Maintain client satisfactionRecording customer payments, invoicing, and credit notesIssuing customer statementsMonthly management reportsMonthly and weekly customer reportsManaging WIP (Work in progress)Working on customer portals (for RFQs, Invoices and Proof of payments)Resolving customer queriesDealing with customer credit controlEnsuring that customer payments are received on timeCarrying out credit checks on new customersPrior experience of at least 4 years in a Debtors or Admin Strong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail.Languages Required: Proficiency in English and Afrikaans Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Pastel Evolution).Personality: A friendly and approachable with a professional appearance.Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems calmly and efficiently.NB: send detailed CV in Word format (NOT PDF), provide the actual time frames worked at the companies, stipulate salary at current and previous company worked at, reasons for leaving, notice period at current company and also a facial pic to put on your cv as per Clients request.
