Key Responsibilities

• Conduct room inspections to maintain lodge standards
• Manage and supervise housekeeping team
• Compile and manage monthly staff rosters
• Oversee linen stock takes and quality control
• Prepare monthly linen reports
• Manage stock ordering (amenities, cleaning products, etc.)
• Liaise with maintenance regarding upkeep and repairs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Manager role within a similar environment
• Relevant hospitality qualifications (advantageous)
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proven leadership and staff management ability
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Sound knowledge of stock systems and stock control procedures
