Job Description
About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Housekeeping Manager at an upmarket bush lodge near Klerksdorp, North West. This role is ideal for a hands-on and detail-driven professional with a strong background in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct room inspections to maintain lodge standards
- Manage and supervise housekeeping team
- Compile and manage monthly staff rosters
- Oversee linen stock takes and quality control
- Prepare monthly linen reports
- Manage stock ordering (amenities, cleaning products, etc.)
- Liaise with maintenance regarding upkeep and repairs
Requirements
Previous experience in a Housekeeping Manager role within a similar environment
Relevant hospitality qualifications (advantageous)
Strong computer literacy
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proven leadership and staff management ability
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Sound knowledge of stock systems and stock control procedures
Salary & Benefits
