About the Role

Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Non-Experienced Candidate Practitioners in our Knysna office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting with property listings, viewings, and administrative tasks, while developing your knowledge of the property market and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the listing and marketing of residential properties
  • Conduct property viewings under the guidance of senior agents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and sellers
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
  • Provide administrative and sales support to senior agents throughout the sales process
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the property market and effective sales techniques
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property records

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales and property industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transport (preferred)
  • Grade 12 (Matric) tertiary qualification advantageous

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, a Grade 12 (Matric) tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

The remuneration structure is commission-based with a competitive sliding scale. The company covers marketing expenses, property portal subscriptions, PPRA registration and compliance costs, training and development, and stationery.

  • No prior real estate experience required
  • Strong interest in sales and property industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Structured training and mentorship are provided, with a clear progression pathway from Candidate Property Practitioner to Full Practitioner registration.
