About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Macadamia Production Controller to join our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our macadamia processing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with production staff to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience working in a packhouse environment
• Experience in macadamia processing or the agricultural sector is beneficial
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication
• Own transport and valid Driver’s License are required for work-related travel
