About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Sales Manager to drive regional growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand business partnerships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Our client is a well-established player in the IT and internet-enabled services space, known for its strong national footprint and commitment to innovation, service excellence, and long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales performance with a strong focus on new business development
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and regional targets
- Oversee regional sales policies, processes, and systems including activity tracking and commissions
- Manage customer and partner relationships, ensuring service excellence and issue resolution
- Control and manage the regional sales and financial budget
- Oversee contract administration at a regional level
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reporting
- Support market penetration initiatives in collaboration with regional leadership
- Represent the business at industry, customer, and partner events
Requirements
- Relevant B-degree or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- At least 3 years’ sales management experience in a target-driven environment
- Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more sales consultants
- Strong business acumen with solid analytical capability
- Confident, professional presentation skills for customers and partners
Qualifications
- Minimum relevant B-degree or equivalent qualification
