Job Description
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Reservationist to join our Front Office team. The Reservationist will be responsible for handling all room reservation enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in Hotel Reservations or Front Office Operations
- Proficiency in hotel Management systems (Opera, Protel, or similar).
- Accurately input and manage reservations using the hotel’s PMS system (OPERA).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and special packages.
- Ensure that guest details and preferences are accurately recorded to provide a personalised experience.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Upsell room categories and add-on services to maximise revenue.
- Respond to guest queries and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Always follow Hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
