Our Retail Sales Associates are an important contributor to the business performance and ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. As this role has a strong focus on sales, we are looking for someone who loves building relationships with Customers and proactively generates sales both face-to-face and over the phone. To support our customers effectively, you will; Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face-to-face and over the phone), understand their needs, and provide proactive advice and solutions Use our in-house systems to process customer applications and keep customers updated throughout their journey Assisting customers daily in learning more about overturning negatives Maintain a great attitude at all times Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement To apply, please make sure to have a matric certificate/equivalent to matric, be between the ages of 18-30 years, and reside in Polokwane/surrounding area.
